Veteran-owned
Owned by a veteran. Focused on veterans.
White Rhino LLC is owned and managed by Val Razumovsky, an honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran. We understand what these projects mean to veterans and their families, and we treat every home and every family with respect.
You choose your builder
For VA SAH and SHA grants, the veteran chooses the builder, and VA generally asks for at least three bids. We will gladly prepare one: a clear layout sketch and a detailed estimate you can compare side by side.
VA alone decides eligibility and grant amounts. Read about VA housing grants on VA.gov.
Questions
Good to know.
Do I get to choose my builder for a VA housing grant?
Yes. VA lets veterans choose their own builder for Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) and Special Home Adaptation (SHA) projects, and generally asks for at least three bids. We are glad to provide one of them.
Is White Rhino part of the VA?
White Rhino LLC is a private, veteran-owned company. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency. VA alone decides grant eligibility and amounts.
Planning a home modification?
Tell us what you need. We’ll talk it through and prepare a bid you can share with VA and your family.
